How do I get customer support to actually respond to me?

Hello,

I have emailed customer support multiple times about a question about warranty service. I think I sent my 5 email in about a 4-5 month time period today. I still have yet to receive any sort of a response from iFixit. Is the email support link just for show? Does it actually send emails?

Sorry to hear that you haven't received a response. If you first contacted 4-5 months ago, you should have heard back by now. I'll pass this along to our Customer Support team directly just in case your emails never made it to their inbox.
