Service Battery even after resetting SMC

I bought a new battery from iFixit a couple of months ago for my 2011 Macbook Air 11”, and it was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. Then it would restart when I unplugged the cord.

Resetting the SMC and PRAM fixed that problem for about a day, but now I’ve got a pesky ‘Service Battery’ warning on the Battery menu, although it still seems to run OK while on battery power.

I tried doing a full discharge, resetting SMC and PRAM again, but I still see ‘Cycle Count: 31, Condition:Service Battery’ in System Information.

Any insights?

Thanks!

Actually, I just saw that I should run coconutBattery, and it says Full Charge Capacity is 3570 mAh, only 76.3% of Design Capacity. I’ll contact customer service….
