bug in "answers", needing to refresh page after loading

when I open a question there are a series of large coloured balls and a small area of text. refreshing the screen fixed the problem each time.

similar problems when returning to “answers” list.

am on the work PC so it’s running win7, using chrome.

I'm not seeing what your talking about. Could you include a screenshot of what your seeing?

I'm using Google Chrome Version 75.0.3745.4 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

On windows 10 1809 (17763.379)

With Chrome Extensions: Save To Keep, HTTPS Everywhere, AdBlock Plus, Chrometana.

Hey Polly—I'm thinking that you're getting the page without CSS. Can you try force-reloading or restarting the browser?
