Created Post, immediately says "This Post is Deleted"

Question is as in title - trying to ask about a computer. If anyone can see my activity history youll see the post, but its not showing up in forum, am I doing something wrong?

Thanks! I deleted one of the posts (hopefully the right one, they appeared both marked as duplicate) -and now a single copy remains, all is good.
