Hi , was looking for a strong adhesive for a screen replacement of my HTC 10

I found that ifixit sells 2 different type of tape ,the “3M Double-Sided Adhesive Tape  and the “Tesa 61395” ..can’t find any difference tho.

Hi there,

The short answer is that they’re both great, and a lot of it comes down to personal preference! Our 3M adhesive is a very similar product to our Tesa, with similar thickness and bonding properties. We’ve found Tesa 61395 to be a favorite among fixers, so we have quite a few more options for Tesa adhesive. For your HTC 10 screen replacement, I would recommend our new Precut Adhesive Card, which should have all of the shapes you would need to reassemble your HTC 10. Compared to using a roll, it should save some time and leave you with a better finished product.
