BUG - cannot post an answer in Chrome (Mac/PC)

NOTE: Chrome does this as well on my Mac and has the same version of Chrome installed

This has been going on for a few days on my side and has not cleared up. Whenever I try and post in Answers, I get this error - even for a long-ish answer that will clear whatever the threshold set is.

I have done a total history clear for Firefox and Chrome on the Mac and it didn’t make a difference. As such, I didn’t try it on my PC.

Is this a system glitch or anti spam prevention gone horribly wrong?

I'd suspect questions aren't much different although it remains untested.
