Buy only the glass screen for iPad?

Hi,

I have recently broken an iPad screen which I had already replaced using iFixit great screen assembly.

Given that I already have the necessary accompanying parts and disassembly/assembly tools, it seems extremely wasteful to have to order a full assembly plus tools when only the glass screen needs replacing.

Can iFixit simply sell the glass screen for those who need it? This would be way more ecological as well as being allow lower prices.

Hi Nekoniaow,

@oscarsp is correct—you can select either the Fix Kit or Part Only. As an example, I’ve included a screen shot of the iPad Mini. If you click on “Fix Kit,” you’ll see a drop-down menu with the option to select “Part Only.”

Thank you! However, it seems that this option is not available on the Canadian store but only on the US one.

I guess I will go with the US store then. ;)
