How do I turn in a complaint?
I received an answer to my question and was notified by email, however, the answer was not related to my case at all. How to I notify ifixit management?

Thanks for posting on this forum with your concerns. We looked into your activity and we see what you’re talking about. When posting on the website, you’ll occasionally find that users will post not-so-helpful/irrelevant or possibly spammy answers. Usually when this occurs, our spam bot will mark and delete those posts, but it appears that a moderator has gone in and manually deleted those answers from your question. In addition, that account has been banned from the website, so hopefully you won’t be seeing any of their posts anytime soon.
If you do come across any similar posts, feel free to post it (with a link and brief explanation) in our Spam Folder September 2019. Thanks!
