Can you make a repair guide for the JoyCons?

Basically, my switch got dropped by some dummy and now the little things that hold the joycon to the rail on one of my joycons aren’t as firm, and you can pull the controller free easily with your hands, oh no!

it’d be really cool if I knew how to fix that.
