The order still says it is processing. I expected it today. What is the status?

Hey Mayer,

Thanks for pointing this out to us! Sorry for any inconvenience.

I just looked into this and it appears there was an issue with the processing of the order. At this time, we have refunded the shipping cost and changed the delivery method to be sent today and arriving tomorrow.

Thanks Tom,

I usually don't place overnight orders but my customer called yesterday and will be driving it from 150 miles away (dropped the machine off this morning) and heading home on Sunday. I didn't know what to tell her.

Football fans do this a lot during the game season and expect one day service which is usually OK until three at a time do this to me. I'll have to work and just listen to the game :-(

BTW not much of a price break on this one 0%.
