Product support for OWC SSD's

Should people who have an issue with the OWC SSD’s iFixit sells talk to iFixit or OWC to diagnose if the SSD is bad or not (possible firmware update needed).

Hi @danj and thanks for posting this. I've sent both this Meta post and the original post to our Customer Service team, but if you see an abnormal abundance of users having trouble with the OWC SSD's, please let me know so we can solve this accordingly. Thanks!
