Is the iFixit iPhone battery support peak performance?

I’m thinking buy iFixit iPhone battery for my iPhone 7 Plus, can someone help me confirm if the iFixit battery supports “Peak Performance Capability”, which shows in “Setting” >> “Battery” >> “Battery Health”
