Why is ifixit not in india?

We are the nation that beliefs in fixing our equipment and gadgets first instead of replacing or upgrading. Going through Scotty Allen's (Strange Parts) videos on youtube I thought to get the iFixit kit to replace the iPhone 5s, 6s, and X battery but to fail it turned out to be a really expensive affair to get the equipment only because once it would land in India we would have to pay customs duties on it hence making it cost double of what it is. Any plans for India?
