It appears that there are two copies of that guide, one private / unused and one public guide. The public guide is already translated—although I’m sure the translation could use your review!
How did you find that guide? We may have a bug somewhere showing a link to it. Thanks so much for your help!

Here is the way to get the error message :
Last week, I’ve translated in French this guide : ‘PlayStation 4 Thermal Paste Replacement’
1°) https://fr.ifixit.com/Tutoriel/PlayStati...
2°) left clic on 'Options' + 'Traduire'
3°) clic on 'Français'
4°) then you can reach this page : https://fr.ifixit.com/Tutoriel/traduire/...
5°) if you choose and clic on 'PlayStation 4 Power Supply Replacement'
then you get this error message :
