Guide that mentions the "oven trick"

I found this because of this question. As we’ve learned, this does absolutely nothing and only delays a permanent failure.

This guide really needs to go, or at least be archived.

Hey there Nick! Thanks for passing this along. Looks like this is a student-created guide, so I'm conferring with the EDU team on how to move forward. I'll let you know what we decide.

@kristen We've known this for years sadly. I don't necessarily blame the students for not knowing since those of us who know have the experience to know it's a recovery strategy (Ex: BitLocker machine with GPU issue and the key is on the TPM) but if that's not the case, dump the laptop and get another one.

I don't necessarily blame the students to the point of being unforgiving, but that trick is not a real fix for BGA chip failure.
