Transaction # 012941 SIM cover replacement & SIM card inserted

Your email info@ifixhere.com doesn't work. I tried messaging you at Facebook.com/ifixhere but I don't get any replies. I have a phone I dropped off at Colonie Center in Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 2:01pm. It's a Pixel 4a 5g. Transaction # 012941 I paid $27 for the repair with a Visa ending n 2570. My phone number is 518-258-5306, but without my phone I can't receive any call. My only other means of communication is the emails I shared with you when I dropped it off. They are laurence.lefavour50@gmail.com & lovemachine12210@aol.com How will I be notified when my phone id ready for me to pick up? I was told it could be ready from March 9, 2021- March 11, 2021.
