Cannote leave any review, comment or story on ifixit website.

I bought a MBP 15 Retina Late 2013 battery from ifixit and received an email telling me that I can leave a review, a comment or a story, but with my profile I cannot do any of these things! I can just “ask a question”, nothing else. Very disappointing, especially since I had a very bad experience: 3 batteries, all with serious problems and got refunded as “only possible solution”.

Sorry about that, @fun360! Can you tell me a little more about your problem? What URL are you on that you're trying to leave a comment or review on? I'd like to help you resolve this issue.

Hi @fun360, I've figured out the answer!

Looks like you'll need to leave your review on our US site, and it will show in our EU store, as well. Head over to MacBook Pro 15" Retina (Late 2013-Mid 2014) Battery and then scroll down to the box with the ratings. Click “Write a product review" at the bottom of the box.

I've the "Write a product review" button, but when I click on it opens an empty page "Review Your Products". It's like I never bought the battery: it doesn't show up anywhere!

Hi @fun360 it seems that actually the orders you made in the EU store do not yet show up in your US account. We've looked up your order history and found that you'd last ordered in July 2020. When did you get the email inviting you to leave a review, a comment or a story?
