Might be early days but was wondering if this was another voting ring.
All joined the same day.
The first two users have upvoted answers posted by one of the other users in the group within minutes of the answer being posted i.e. user 1 upvoted user 3’s answer and user 2 upvoted user 1’s answer
The first two users have similarities in their ID i.e. @ jannie39458 and @ gemini458 which I think is too coincidental, along with their voting habits to be just chance.

Excellent detective work! They were, indeed, the same person (or just all in the same place). Either way, it was a voting ring that no longer exists.

Another voting ring perhaps??
Always promote the same website when answering and sometimes asking questions.
Although the 2nd user on the list seems the odd one out having joined > 2 years ago whereas all the others are very recent.

Is the comment in this question spam? It does not give information, it only redirects to a YouTube channel and its friends channels.

Good question, @oscarsp. In this case, I'd say no–it's not spam. That user offers other answers with no linking, and if you search in that YouTube channel's videos, they do have a lot of content that would be helpful for that particular car.
I'd be more suspicious if they were selling something.
