Shipping from the US to Europe?

So considering I live in Europe, ifixit redirects me to the EU store, which I don’t mind. But some items aren’t available here, and I can’t seem to get them shipped anyway, what do I do? Ifixit is the only company still selling what I need and I don’t have a way to get them from the US easily at least, any tips? Thanks!

Hi @nar001, there is a difference in what we have available to send out from different locations. Can you tell me a little more about what you're trying to buy so I can better figure out how to help?

@amber Sure! It's these https://www.ifixit.com/Store/Generic/HTC... https://www.ifixit.com/Store/Generic/HTC...

The new wireless kits come with the newer cables that aren't compatible with this headset anymore, and iFixit is the only place that sell them, so it's a bit inconvenient that I can't get them shipped to the EU!

Hello @nar001!

I asked around about shipping these items overseas. It looks like the best (fastest) solution is to use a freight forwarder if we can’t ship your items internationally (more about that below). I’ll also be reaching out to our EU team to let them know there is interest in these items.

Here is some more detailed information about shipping and freight forwarding from our Customer Service team:

We can ship most of our products internationally, but unfortunately our list of countries we currently ship to is rather limited. You can view that list here.

Some customers are able to use a freight forwarder to transport goods from the United States to their country, but we do not have any recommendations as to which freight forwarder you should use. That may be a solution for you. Before placing an order with us, we suggest checking with a forwarding company to ensure they can transport these products to you in your country.

You’re also welcome to ask our DIY community to see if they have any good recommendations for you. It’s totally free and you can check it out here.
