What Title should I use for the Repair Guide

I’m trying to update the guides online on this forum so that if I were to type in BRNV350 (which is the model name for the Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight) I would be directed to the right product(s). Could anyone enlighten me as to how product repair guides should be named? I.e. should I use the common colloquial device name without the associated model number? And if I were to add the model number into the body of the repair guide (i.e. along with OS, and other spec’s) would this help with the search query?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi Ian,

The actual title of your guide will depend on what you’re doing, specifically. As far as the device name goes, set it to Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight so it connects with the existing device page.

When you edit the guide, you’ll see on the right-hand side a place to enter tags (which help users searching for devices). There would be a good spot to include things like “GlowLight”, “Nook Simple Touch”, and “BRNV250”.

Hope this helps! Let @krisrodriguez or I know if you have any more questions about guide creation.
