The new battery I installed from you is still on the first cycle. I have another in stock, do you advise replacing it?

Hey @mayer, I need some more details before I can get a good answer. Are you using the same model as the OP in that post? If so, it has a really low return rate. Of those however, they have had similar issues so it's not out of the question. If you already have a battery on hand, I'd personally say swap them out. If you need a new battery, email me at community@ifixit.com and I can help get you set up.

I replaced the battery with one from stock about twelve days ago. My customer just called and has had no problems at all. Looks like it was the battery.

Do I need an RMA? Also need to order other batteries for stock.
