Translations for iPad 8 not allowed?
Is there a reason, why some guides for the iPad 8 (e.g 150784) are not allowed to be translated?

The guide you mentioned is currently marked private, I think it's probably being reviewed by a tech writer. That's why anyone without admin rights is currently unable to translate it, but I'm sure they'll soon be published again!

I had a look just now and had no problem translating that particular guide. Maybe just a temporary glitch? If you encounter any other guides with the same problem, let me know and I'll have a look at them!

We decided to split the iPad 8 guides into Wi-Fi and LTE guides. The general guides residing in the parent iPad 8 directory won't be published and will be deleted shortly. Please take a look at the specific iPad 8 guides instead. Thank you!

OK, I thought the same thing and have been looking at it for a few weeks.

@sandrahiller In the meantime I think I understand, what happened. There were old guides for the iPad 8, now replaced with LTE and WiFi - Versions. And the old ones are not supported anymore. I now translated the new guides. I just wonder, why the "old" 150703 is so high ranked in the list of translations to german.

@vauweh our system probably doesn't recognize whether a guide is archived or not, I'll take that to our list of improvements to do, thanks for the hint!!!
