So on Answers in general, the Add Comment is on the extreme right, which is something I've grown accustom too. However, on Answers to your own question, it does not remain on the extreme right, but to the right of Flag, which leads to confusion, I have several times now kept accidentally accepting answers when I've meant to add a comment, anyone else agree this should be changed?
I agree with you, it's inconsistent. We did this because we wanted 'Accept Answer' to be very prominent for new users.
We've been investigating ways to make accepting an answer more obvious, and once we come up with something we like, the add comment link will move back to in its rightful place.

Maybe Accept Answer as a biggggg button, but on the far left side?

web 2.0 - so it has not only big, it must be some kind of flashing/color changing button - kiddin, a button like the "comment" or "submit" button would do the job ;-)
