Is there a way to suggest ideas for the site?

I know I'm still quite new to this community but I was just wondering if there was a way to give ideas to better the site. I noticed a lot of people ask the same questions and while we comment "please search for the question before answering" that only cures onesies and twosies, what if you had to stare at a screen to suggest searching before clicking continue? Is there going to be a section made for problems and or issues with software? There's plenty of resources out there people could learn about to fix losing their drivers in the future or possibly settings or certain programs that would run better on other systems. If it's not my place to ask such things of course my apologies but was just wondering as I've grown quite fond of this site.

We love hearing feedback and suggestions on how to improve the site, and iFixit Meta is exactly the place to post those ideas. Yours is a great suggestion, but believe it or not, we already require first time question-askers to agree to something similar.

Before we implemented that Advice page, we had about twice as many questions asked per day, many of which were duplicates, so we've come a long ways already in helping people to find existing solutions. That said, I'm sure we can do better. I'll look into reducing the amount of text of the Advice page. I suspect that to some people, it may look too much like a Terms of Service agreement, which they're conditioned to simply skip past without thinking twice or reading. Thanks for the suggestion!
