We reject a surprising number of sources for quality problems, and many of our customers end up buying from us after a part from Amazon or eBay doesn't work as advertised.
I buy from iFixit so that I'll actually know how to use to %^^# tools.
They're also nicer guys than sleazy/shady guys you find on eBay from HK, Shenzhen, and the like.
