My rep has been increasing in Meta, yet when I go to Activity to see what's gotten upvoted I see nothing. This has been going on for a couple days.
Most of your rep has come from answers of yours getting voted up. You currently have 54 upvotes, totaling 648 reputation. You also get rep every time you accept an answer. You have gotten 150 rep this way. There are several significantly less significant contributors to your reputation, but I'm not going to list them all.

Ah- that would explain it, the rep system isn't quite clear for meta. I had no idea you got rep for accepting answers.
