Do you get notified when people leave answers/comments on Questions?

I was wondering if this site has a notification system so we can know when people have answered our questions or if people have replied to comments we leave.

I couldn't find the FAQ page, so I don't know about this :/

Options

yes - once a day you will get an email with the replies to a topic you answered/commented on. i get my notofication mail mostly around 4am (central european summer time)

ah, It would be cool if it was instantaneous, but probably pretty annoying for people who use this service a lot >__< I understand.
