How about this idea for screwmaps

You have screwmaps at ifixit.com/info/screwmaps.

How about putting a blank one (no screws or steps listed) up there, so that those of us doing repairs that are not shown can just make our own. Is that possible?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

This is a great idea. I half-assed did that by whiting out one of their existing maps, but a template would be awesome.

Good idea! Let me look into doing that.

Here you go. You can probably do the jpeg to PDF conversion since I had to change it to make it.

A blank screwmap is now available here, but it would be great to move it to the list of screwmaps https://www.ifixit.com/Document/uKiQCb6W...

Hi @nereocystis, it is listed at the bottom of the Repair Guide and Screw Map wiki.

Why not make 2 more rows for screws? By getting rid of the footnotes you do have room for it now.

There is a mistake in the links to the guides of the iPhone 4 in the Screw Maps wiki. The display replacement link takes you to the battery replacement guide.

Nice catch Rany! That link has been fixed.

@Cullen, what would be helpful with the screw maps is a mm ruler to measure the screws against & scaled dots for the screws diameters. Take a look at HomeDept screw dept what they have.
