Will you pre installed Mac OS on a new hard drive

Will you sell your iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2389 Hard Drive Replacement with a basic mac os installed, I have been having a hard time trying to install snow leopard with the CD. its starts installing and freezes at the apple logo.

Please advice so I can make a purchase.

Did you format the drive for Mac OS Extended (Journaled)? Is this the original system installation disk for this machine?
