iFixit battery lasts the same time as old original battery (1y7mo old)

Hello everybody!

Just got few new batteries from ifixit for my 5 (ios 8.3) and 5s (ios 8.3) iphones. Got a lot of expirience changing them, it was cool.

BUT, my 5s with old battery, which 1 year and 7 month old (I'm using phone hard, charging every night), worked about 5 hours of using it and about 10-12 hours of stand by (by battery usage statistics iOS 8), AND the new one battery from ifixit shows the same time of life. Today i got phone shutted down exactly at 5 hours and 0 minutes of usage.

I thought the new battery had to work like the new one when i bought the phone, bacause the old one probably lost its capacity by working 19 monthes along and having a charge every night.

In addition to that, now in battery usage statistics i missing usage by % by applications, it tells me third day long 'Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes'.

Same also i got with my iPhone 5.

What the solutions for that problem? Maybe it needs to reset some kind of iPhone memory for battery capacity, or some way to tell the phone that it had a new battery inside?

Maybe you installed a 5C battery, which has less capacity than 5S battery. Both are compatible, but 5S is a better battery.

Tryed to restore via itunes and setted up like new iPhone, but still missing battery usage by % by applications.

Any solutions?

Just exactly like described in this manual did that after replacing the battery.

http://www.gottabemobile.com/2015/04/09/... have u tried these steps? Check general->privacy->diagnostics&usage and look maybe some app/s is crashing and causing battery drain, also check iBackupBot for cycle count on battery, maybe its faulty.

Cycle count show the right count, after 3 days of using it showed 3 cycles.
