Possible Display Cable Replacement

Hi There,

I opened an iMac to fix the hard drive and when trying to put the adhesive back I am getting some vertical lines on my display. From reading it sounds like either a cable or the actual display itself. Would you happen to know the part number of the display or do you carry it. I checked and didn't see it in the list but thought I would ask anyway.
