How to remove or mark a repair guide as SPAM?

This Egyptian spammer that I used to flag is now posting SPAM as repair guides.

I did not find a command that allows me to delete or mark it as SPAM.

If there is now way I can do it, here's a lead:

You can add the "Request Guide Deletion" flag to spam guides, and we will delete them! Thanks for helping moderate the site =)
