Link in the email doesn't work

I got an email:

"Howdy,

We're just checking to make sure you got your package and that your repair went off without a hitch!

Haven't received your order yet? Track your package to see where it is."

Thre is a link that doesn't work. The package still hasn't arrived

Options

We send you the tracking number the moment that we get it from the shipping carrier. For some reason, they don't update their website with the tracking number right away. The link will start working once they get their web database up to date.
