You guys are awesome... waiting for the Nexus 5X info

I desperately want to buy myself a Nexus 5X, but I don't want to do so until you guys have graded it for repairability. I've been going around to all the forums I can find telling them how important repairability is, and that my next phone purchase hinges on that (I won't buy less than an 8 on your scale). I always point them back at your site.

So the question: when do you think you'll have data on the 5x?

We have a Nexus 5X on preorder! Release date is supposed to be some time in October, so that's when we are expecting it to arrive.

I'm very much looking forward to this. I, along with many others, was very disappointed with the lack of qi wireless charging. 'Upgrading' from an N5 to an N5x is very much dependent on whether a qi charger mod is possible.

My thing with it is I would consider the phone when VoLTE is confirmed, since the only benefit to me is Band 29 right now. My carrier enables this, but I don't exactly think it's worth the money right now until VoLTE is confirmed. Is the frame look cheap and flimsy on this model? My 2013 has 3 frame cracks. The N5X has significantly better LTE band support then the 2013 model too, but on AT&T I am only gaining Band 29. I would at least like to know about the frame to be sure that won't happen again.
