anyone know the reasons for iPhone Screen shortage?

Hi

Can anyone give a definitive reason or reasons for the worldwide iPhone screen shortage? There have been a lot reasons thrown around...materialshortage...release of the ip6s.....what I'm hearing now is that apple are making a push to shut down aftermarket screen manufacture.( copywrite, patent??) e.t.c

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE !&&* IS GOING ON!!...I mean really know...no half baked theories about the government...steve jobs ghost or aliens from youranus.

If it is apple making a push then repairers of the world must unite!...because this is a solid industry where not only do we give the public a choice to repair the devices THEY OWN, but also pay our bills, feed our children and create employment.

Its not logical that its shutting it down because there are lots of iPhone 4, 4S, 6 and 6 Plus screens with good price...probably something on production lines is used for creating new type of screens beside old ones.
