Is legal to resell OEM parts?

I would like to know if it's legal in Europe to resell OEM Apple spare parts.

Technically it would be legal to resell them, but Apple doesn't like to let their OEM parts out of their supply chain so the parts that do leave are often factory rejects for the most part. Non-OEM/Apple quality parts are usually better in regards to quality anyway.

I should add some non-Apple authorized parts are cheap copies! As an example: those colorful replacement chassis for your iPhones! There not legal as they have a trade marked Apple logo.
