@jimfixer, most likely just a clicker happy moderator (oldturkey03) that got bad eyesight and did not realize quickly enough that the first tab was the "Remove as Spam". It removed your answer but was subsequently restored and hopefully you did not receive the -100 penalty. Your link looks ok and your answer looks spam free. Chalk it up as an oops ;-)?
