In addition to Mikes answer: If you're having a problem, the grown ups (volunteers) work twenty four-seven just about, from all over the world to help solve any problem you might have (from you computer, car, lawnmower, refrigerator, patching your clothes, personal physical problems, political commentary, growing flowers, Furby problems to how to fix Charlie Sheen and leaking oil wells in the Gulf) we do it all . We have opinions on almost anything. But we haven't figured out what to do about the numb nuts running for election in the USA. Still waiting for the White Knight to appear on that one ;-) Till then, it looks like we're in deep doodoo..
We do this so that our kids (the iFixit staff) can go play in the sand and surf of Southern California.

We don't actually have a store front you can come and visit, nor do we have any Customer Support hours during the weekend. Our phone lines are available Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM Pacific time.
