Lost my driver is there anyway to replace it?

Lost my screwdriver together with a size 4 flat tip with it. Is there anyway to make a replacement?

Yes, you can replace individual handles and bits from the iFixit bundles.

Handles:

[product|IF145-195]

Driver bits:
