Hi there, thanks for the question! When you are creating a guide/technique/procedure/etc. you will need to click the "Save" button after formulating your first step under "Guide Steps." Then you will see two new buttons appear, which allow you to delete a step or insert a new step. Give that a try and let me know if it works for you!
