Can't login to the european shop

for some reason i can't login to the shop anymore. since i asked for wholesale prices... the login screen doesn't appear when clicking on login ( safari web browser )

Hi Jimmy,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not entirely sure why logging in is not working for you, but I did notice that you are using a gmail account to sign in. Here are some things you can try:

  • signing out of your gmail account in a different window before logging into EU store
  • logging in from iFixit directly: https://www.ifixit.com/Login.
  • logging in using a different browser

If none of that works, let me know and we can try resetting your password.

Hi Jimmy,

In addition to Lexa's list above, there's another approach that helps in some rare browser setup cases.

  1. Put something in your cart and click the continue button to proceed to step two. That will also bring up the log in screen
  2. After logging inyou can cancel the order process in step two and continue using the EU Store just as normal
