Earl Fechter needs to be straightened out

He has said that he is a high school kid. OK...that's fine. Maybe he is here to learn. But he has been trolling it up pretty hardcore.

I also wouldn't doubt that he is the one who keeps flagging me as spam.

No @kaykay , I vehemently disagree, this is unacceptable behavior and we do not need to spend a minute putting up with this type of juvenile behavior. I live here, you come into this house you behave yourself or get out. I don't believe @oldturkey03 nor I will put up with it. Your choice! Ban the snot nose for a while, this is not the first time he has pulled this. Keep this house in order. Let him go protest in the streets. Unacceptable behavior is not acceptable any time.

Ban him now. @oldturkey03 and I try to run an orderly house. Don't you let this kind of cr*p even think about getting started here or we'll be fighting it every day and I for one do not intend to allow that to happen.

@kaykay Just in case you don't know, the post was made by @nick who started here when he was 14 years old. He has grown into a fine young man and a highly respected member, contributor, author around here. He was encouraged, respected and guided. He's also the one who asked for the call down.

@mayer @joshw @kaykay time to regroup. I do not like the behaviour that is exhibited by that user one bit, but maybe it is time to tolerate it for as long as he does not try to retaliate against people like joshw. @mayer you and I are big boys and we should get him to realize how this forum works. He needs to learn that we are a community and that we are a pretty cohesive group. I do not want to make it an exclusive club. His answers are not always bad but he is very defiant and absolutely disrespectful. There maybe something salvageable if he truly is only 14. Time to stick together and to grow together. Just lets watch out for each other and watch Moderation closely for any inappropriateness. If @kaykay communicate this with him via email I think we need to see where it leads. We've had our share of characters on here and they all either frizzled away or became valuable members of our community. Let's give him a couple of answers to see which way he goes. Just my 2 cents....
