Deleting comments on guides
I just noticed that someone had left a question on this guide, but also asked the same question on Answers. The only options to eliminate this is to either remove as spam or to switch to a question.
Eliminating it as spam, which it really is not, will leave the OP with some big deduction in reputation points. Converting it to a question would make it a duplicate on Answers. Do you think it might be possible to create a third option, something like delete as not a valid comment maybe? This particular one was converted to a question and then deleted since it already existed.
Is this a good question?

@oldturkey03 - How about making it a Q, then delete if from there or mark it as a duplicate.

@danj that is what I currently do, but it is an extra step that could be eliminated. The other issue is that it has the potential to create a duplicate question in Answers, as it happened with this particular question.

hmmmm... is this something that happens a lot? I agree that's a clunky solution, but just wondering if this is a really consistent problem. Thanks!
