Did iFixit send me a used replacement LCD screen?
My LCD screen went out on my iPhone 6 so I ordered the "iPhone 6 LCD Screen and Digitizer Full Assembly / Part Only / Black" replacement. Upon receiving my order (yesterday morning) I opened it up to inspect it with great surprise. The first thing I noticed was the protective plastic film on the glass was extremely scratched/scuffed up and also had many air bubbles with dirt trapped underneath in between the film and glass. Upon further inspection I noticed one of the cables was not laid in the same manner as the images online or as my factory Apple screen. This cable also had some sort of sticky residue on it as well. Another cable had a slight crease in it and a little scratch. I also noticed a very small rip/crack in the corner of the cable that has the small push connector at a right angle. There is also a small screw missing from metal backing on one side of where it screws down next to the home button. I didn't even bother trying to install the screen as it was in such bad condition. I emailed support and called all day yesterday with no luck only receiving a machine saying "we're in the office but with another customer". I will continue to do so today but In the meantime I figured this may catch someone attention quicker. I assume this was a screen someone bought and returned and it ended up back in their inventory on accident. Has anyone else had an issue like this?
Is this a good question?

Hello, I agree just work to get in contact with the IFixIt support. This is your best bet. But this could be a accidental shipment so I would just try to get a replacement. I wish you luck and feel free to ask me any questions by replying to this comment. Thanks, Keegan Bourque
