Shippong costs and time to Norway

Hey guys. Need to change the whole assembly of retina display. I cracked it, was flashing like stroboscope, used hdmi, now this dont work, screen goes off as soon as it starts loading. The problem is I live in Norway, and they dont have Apple Store up here, resellers charge 800 euro for replace. Wouldnt he cheaper get it of you? Whats thr shipping time and costs to Norway?
