Add Test Equipment category

Hi,

I think a test equipment category should be added under Electronics. This category would include equipment like oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, etc.

To start off, this category should have the following basic subcategories:

  • Oscilloscope
  • Signal Generator
  • Power Supply
  • Multimeter
  • Miscellaneous Test Equipment

There are already a few devices under Misc. Electronics that could be moved to one of these subcategories:

I've already gone ahead and created a page for this category: https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Test_Equip.... If this page could be moved under Electronics and the above subcategories and devices added, that would be great.
