I cannot verify Yelp - Calling but my phone doesn't ring

Hello,

I'm from Czech Republic and have valid registration on Yelp. When I want to verify myself via phone call, it writes "calling" but nothing happen - phone is not ringing. :(

How can I deal with that?

My phone is working - already tested many times. Could you please check what is going on the background of that "calling" state?

Hi Jiri,

If you're having an issue with Yelp, I'm not sure how we can help you out. Try contacting Yelp's business support team. I'm sure they'd be happy to sort out any issues you're having!

Alternatively, if you believe the issue is with your phone, ensure you have adequate cell coverage and try calling a known number to make sure your phone is functioning correctly—or switch to a landline and try calling again.

Hello @evan ! Thank you for your answer - I already updated my question and attached some screenshots - the problem seems to be on iFixit site - I did few test calls from different countries and everything worked fine - just this verification call doesn't work.

Ah. It seems like that problem is on our end. I can't personally investigate that issue but I'll make sure someone looks into it on Monday.

Okay! Sorry for the delay, but it seems that the root cause of this issue is that our phone verification doesn't currently support international numbers. We don't have a workaround right now, as verifying you manually would mean we need to verify every international business manually, but we'll keep you in mind as we develop a solution.
