I have already downloaded the file, but am unable to find a SAVE or PRINT tab anywhere, hence the original question.

What browser and operating system are you using? When you have the file open you should be able to use CMD + S (mac) or CTRL + S (windows) to save and CMD + P or CTRL + P to print the PDF.
