Not able to contact Ifixit will not return calls or email.

Have a warranty issue. I have called and emailed Ifixit for two day no call back or reply. Anyone else having issue contacting them?”

What's the matter with you? These people have California beaches to go play on.

You also won't find better people to deal with on the face of the earth. Don't come in here and be ugly.

It looks like my colleague, Buddy, replied to your email two hours ago. According to our records in our email system, you viewed this email at that time. Based on the timestamps, you made this Meta post here nearly an hour after you viewed our contact.

Please remember we are a small support team, and we have a rotating phone schedule. Chances are, you keep happening to call us while we're already tied up on the phones with other customers. If you would like to leave a voicemail, you are more than welcome to do so, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Emails, however, get answered in a first come, first serve basis, as is mentioned in the automated reply you receive once you contact us via email. Sending in further emails before reply only pushes your series of emails further back in the queue.

We help hundreds of customers a day and it's impossible for our small team to help everyone instantly, so please be patient and we will respond as soon as we can.

Well, I wish this was true. I asked the question and seconds later I got a email. Also I left 3 detailed voice mails with name , order number, problem and two contact numbers. I can read your instructions so I only sent one email. Responded today at 12:54 pm yet to get a response.
