Can't log in the EU Store

I have created a new account on ifixit.com , however every time i visit the EU Store and i click log in, i enter my account's email and password but i am redirected to the EU Store's homepage and i am still not logged in. No matter how many times i repeat the process, i just can't log in.

Sorry about that, George! I'm not seeing anything like that myself. Try using a different web browser, or clearing your cookies and trying again. If that's still not working, let me know what browser you're using and we'll do some more investigation.

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried clearing my cookies and i have used both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and it did not fix the issue. I have also noticed that after clearing my cookies and trying to log in again, after i enter my account's email and password successfully and i return to the ifixit EU homepage, i can add items to the cart and when i proceed to checkout i am not prompted to sign in or complete the purchase as a guest, rather the site uses my account information as if i was signed in even though on the homepage it appears as if i am not logged in with my account.

Hey George,

We are sorry you have a problem with the iFixit EU Store!

Could it be you just created an account on iFixit.com and not in the EU Store? I checked your data and could find your email and post address, but no passwort set and no account history at all.

Please tell me if that solved your problem, otherwise we have to dig deeper ;)

I indeed created my account on iFixit.com, should i create another account for the iFixit EU Store?

Hi George,

I talked to our IT guys and they explained the following:

You don't need an own account for the EU Store.

Make sure you are logged out of both iFixit Stores. Then open the iFixit EU Store and put something in your cart. Open your cart and click on continue. Now you can choose how you want to login (guest or member), and you choose iFixit Member. You get referred to the US Store, please enter your email address and password there and click log in. Now you get referred back to the EU Store and can continue shopping.

If it still does not work make sure you have no active adblockers, as these would prevent the automatic referring.

I hope this solves your problem, if not give us feedback where it stops.

The same happens to me. A few days ago I did not have this problem, it must be a recent change responsible for the bug

I deactivated my adblocker and followed the instructions step by step. I was able to enter my email and password but when i got referred back to the EU Store it appeared as if i was logged in on my account because it used all my information on the Address tab. However on the top right of the screen i was still getting the Log In prompt and not my account name.

I have the same problem right now. I tried many different ways. With the same result as George said.
